We store what you tell Kiln: your name, email, your business info, and what your employees do for you. It is used only to run your team. You can download or delete it anytime from Me.
We never sell your data. We never see your app passwords: access is given through each app's own secure sign-in, and you can take it back anytime. We never train public AI models on your private work.
By default every employee asks you before sending, posting, spending or deleting anything. You are responsible for what you approve.
Salaries are billed monthly or yearly per employee. Your first employee is free for a week. Overtime never goes above the monthly limit you set. Let an employee go anytime and billing for them stops at the end of the period.
Don't use Kiln employees for spam, harassment, fraud, or anything illegal. We may pause employees that break these rules.
If you publish an employee to Discover you keep the credit and earn 20% of its salary while people keep it hired. We can remove listings that break these rules.
